To my lovely brides & grooms…

I created this planner from the heart — the same heart I poured into planning my own wedding. It’s designed to help you feel prepared, calm, and confident on one of the most magical days of your life.

I opted to plan everything myself and only had our lovely venue coordinator on the day. I genuinely loved the entire planning process, but as a perfectionist, I was nervous that my vision wouldn’t come to life without me there to bring it all together on the morning of! Then my friend told me how she’d created a folder of information for her wedding abroad — and I knew that’s what I needed. That idea turned into hours of work, dozens of details, and ultimately… a 38-page wedding day binder.

The feedback from our venue and coordinator was incredible. It helped them set up and execute the day exactly as I envisioned. I even printed copies for our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and venue team — and they became a godsend for all those last-minute questions that always come up.

I never thought it was possible to feel calm in the final run-up to the wedding — but I truly believe this method played a huge part in helping me stay stress-free and present on the day.

You might not want or need a full-time wedding planner. And let’s be honest — not everyone can afford one. That’s why I’m sharing my system with other brides, at an accessible price. This branch of Meraki was born to help you feel prepared, empowered, and supported, no matter what kind of day you’re planning.

Whether you’re doing it all yourself or working with pros, hosting a big celebration or an intimate gathering — this planner will keep everything on track, beautifully.

meI recommend getting in touch at least 3 months before your wedding so we have time to get organised together!

We’ll start with a vision consult via Zoom, where I’ll get to know the concept of your wedding day. This is a great time to share your mood boards, inspo pics, and any important details.

From there, I’ll begin inputting everything into your personalised Meraki planner. Depending on the package you choose, we’ll touch base again around 4 weeks out to finalise details. Throughout the process, I’ll stay in touch to make sure you’re happy and feeling confident.

In the final week, I’m available to offer last-minute advice, reminders, or reassurance — whatever you need!

No problem — if I have capacity, I’d still love to help! Just note that rush fees may apply if we’re short on time.
